Heard Mr. Azizoddin R. Syed, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mr.M.M. Bhokarikar, learned Counsel for respondent No. 12, Mr. V.S.Badakh, learned AGP for Respondent No.2-State and Mr. Tambe Rahul A. learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 2.
The petitioners challenge the order dated 17.07.2023 passed below Exh. 74 and order dated 04.08.2023 passed below Exh. 105 by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal. 3.
Learned AGP for respondent-State points out contentions stated in paragraph No. 8 and 9 of the affidavit-in-reply and submits that the proceeding is already disposed of and therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

However, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that though specific contentions are raised in paragraph Nos. 8 and 9 of the affidavit in reply but till this date the orders are not made available

I have gone through the contentions raised in paragraph Nos. 8 and 9 of the affidavit-in-reply. It reveals that the proceeding is already disposed of and consequently nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
The Superintendent of Land Records, Nashik to provide the relevant orders to the petitioner, if the petitioner files proper application. 8.
All the Contentions raised are kept open.
