The present review application is filed seeking review of the order dated 26.8.2015 passed in writ petition No. 6511 of 2015. 3.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had not challenged the order/letter dated 23.12.2014 in the writ petition. According to the learned counsel, the said order is beyond the scope of the writ petition and seeks review of the order to the extent that the order dated 23.12.2014 was set side by this Court.

We have also heard Mrs. Deshpande, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Upon perusing the writ petition and the prayers made therein, it is apparent that the petitioner had not challenged the order dated 23.12.2014. In view of that, the order dated 26.8.2015 is modified. "The judgment and order of this Court setting aside the order dated 23.11.2014, as appearing in para 9, is recalled to that extent." The rest of the judgment stands as it is. 6.

Review petition stands disposed of.
