Learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw the Applications with liberty to file afresh Applications by making all the legal representatives of deceased as the Applicants.

2. In view of above, the Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty."

Learned advocate for the Applicants submits that the aforementioned order was passed in Civil Application No. 2352 of 2024, however, same is shown to have been passed in Civil Application Nos. 16396 of 2022 with connected applications. Learned advocate for the Acquiring Body agrees with the said submission made by learned advocate for the Applicants.

Learned AGP for the State is present.

In view of the above, order passed by this Court on 19th July, 2024 in the aforesaid six applications i.e. Civil Applications No. 16396/2022, 16404/2022, 16402/2022, 16401/2022, 16398/2022 and 16399/2022 is recalled and the said applications are restored to their original position.

Order passed by this Court on 19th July, 2024 be treated as passed in Civil Application No. 2352 of 2024. Civil Application No.2352 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
