In applications for condonation of delay, for the reasons stated in the applications and as there is no strong objection from the other side, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.

First appeals are filed by the Acquiring Body and stay is granted subject to deposit of 50% of the amount as per the award passed by the Reference Court.

In the applications filed for withdrawal of amount, for the reasons stated in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Civil Applications filed for withdrawal of amount are disposed of. 4.
Appeals are admitted.
