PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of the Cooperative Society, however, his name is not reflected either in the voters' list or in the final voters' list. 2.

Without going into the merits of the matter, and considering that the election process is at an advanced stage, today being the last date for acceptance of nomination forms after 03:00 p.m., any interference at this stage would amount to obstructing the election process. In view thereof, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail such remedy as may be available to him in law.

In the event the petitioner has any grievance as regards his membership he may also avail the appropriate alternate remedy as permissible under law. He may also take steps for seeking restoration of his name in the voters' list before the competent authority. 4.
