The applicant has filed this application seeking condonation of 2 day's delay in filing appeal against the impugned award passed by the reference Court. 2.

Considering the unchallenged pleadings made in the application explaining the delay in filing appeal, I am inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. Office objections, if any, be removed within two weeks from the date of registration of appeal. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for the respondent.
