The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending before the committee since the year 2015. The validation proceeding is not yet decided. The result of the petitioner' s B. Pharmacy 8th Semester examination has been withheld. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions submits that the committee has referred the matter of the petitioner for vigilance. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 01.02.2021. The scrutiny committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously

The respondents may not withhold the result of the petitioner' s B. Pharmacy 8th Semester examination only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted, however, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall not take further benefit of reservation unless and until the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate. 5.
