This is an application for setting aside Registrar's order dated 06.06.2016, dismissing the writ petition for non removal of office objections.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 06.06.2016, passed by the Registrar is quashed and set aside and petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting instant application is condoned. Petitioner to remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed today, on the instant civil application, shall be deemed to have been recalled.
