The petitioner is stated to have tendered an application to the Fees Regulating Authority relating to permissibility to compute the fees which according to the petitioner is in violation of Section 6 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015. The concerned authority shall dispose of the application in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. It is clarified that the objections raised by the petitioner in the instant petition

WP.10249-18.odt as well as by the respondents are specifically kept open for consideration by the concerned authority. It is also clarified that we have not commented upon or applied our mind as regards the jurisdiction of the concerned authority to deal with the applications or representations.
