Learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, does not press the application for grant of bail to applicant No.1 - Ganesh Ramdas Ugale. As such, application of applicant No.1 stands dismissed.

So far as applicant No.2 is concerned, perusal of the first information report depicts that the applicant is booked in Crime No.I123/2015 registered at Supa Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 304-B, 498-A, 504 read with sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant No.1, whose application is not pressed is the husband whereas Mukta Ramdas Ugale, mother-in-law is already released on pre-arrest bail.

Perusal of the first information report reflects that allegations against applicant No.2 that he sought sexual favour from the deceased, however, there are no specific allegations against the applicant No.2, but for allegation seeking the demand of balance dowry amount. The applicant No.2 was arrested on 5th August 2015 and on perusal of investigation papers it reflects that the investigation in the matter is reached to a considerable stage. 5.

In my opinion, no purpose will be served in detaining the applicant No.2 in jail. As such, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicant No.2. I proceed to pass the following order. (I) The applicant No.2 Ramdas Parmeshwar Ugale be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-123/2015 registered at Supa Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 304-B, 498-A, 504 read with sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount;

(II) The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station till filing of the charge-sheet.
