This application is filed by original claimant for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court.

After perusal of the award, it emerges that the compensation of Rs.31,35,800/- is awarded by the Tribunal.

I have gone through the judgment passed by the Tribunal.

Considering the nature of litigation and reasons assigned by the Tribunal for awarding such

ca13937.18 compensation, it is desirable that permission can be granted to the applicant to withdraw 50 per cent amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company in this Court, subject to filing of written undertaking within four weeks from the date of this order to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.

Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly.
