Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent no.2.

This is an application filed by original claimants for withdrawal of the compensation amount. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 insurance company objects on the ground of involvement of two vehicles in the accident.

I have gone through the award. No doubt, under conventional head, some what exorbitant compensation is awarded by the Tribunal.

Keeping in mind the award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court, subject to filing of written undertaking by the applicant nos. 1 to 5 and 6, within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.
