The applicant, who is booked in Crime No.115 of 2015 registered at Moujpuri Police Station, District Jalna, for offence punishable under Section 304 Part II read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The applicant was booked in the matter of death of one Mangilal who climbed on the electric pole in the field of application and has suffered shock while carrying out some work.

Prima facie, there appears to be no ill intention on the part of the applicant.

In view thereof, the applicant deserves to be released on prearrest bail. Hence I proceed to pass following order :

Cri.Appln.No.5083/2015 (I) In the event of his arrest, the applicant Sukhdeo son of Himmatrao Korde be released on bail in Crime No.115 of 2015 registered at Moujpuri Police Station, District Jalna for the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount;

(II) The applicant shall attend Police Station, Moujpuri, District Jalna for two days between 10.00 am to 11.00 am;

(III) The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of Moujpuri, District Jalna till completion of investigation, except for attending the Police Station for the present proceedings. 6.
