Heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. It appears that in the year 2017, the order of issue process under Section 204 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was made. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order of issuance of process was made in the year 2017 as yet, the process is not served on the accused as the accused is an infuential person. 2.

If even after issuing process it is not served on the local person then it is a surprising fact. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class will look into the matter personally and will send the

- 2 - criwp1747.20.odt process through the District Superintendent of Police for service on the accused. At present, no order of expeditious disposal of the matter can be given as process needs to be served on the other side. 3.

With these observations and after hearing learned APP on this point, the matter is disposed of. Only for this purpose, notice was given to the learned APP.
