Having perused the F.I.R., it is noted that the applicants are booked in the Crime No. 99/2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 353, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The alleged incident took place on
-217/08/2015 wherein the applicants, by forming unlawful assembly, assaulted public servant and have deterred him from performing public duty.

In view of nature of accusation, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to reject the bail application but for applicant No.5 Anabai Yadav (Sadhu) Thelari, a woman of 55 years of her age. 3.
In the event of arrest, applicant No. 5 Anabai Yadav (Sadhu) Thelari be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand) with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 99/2015 registered with Sindkheda Police Station, Tal Sindkheda, Dist. Dhule for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 353, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant No. 5 Anabai Yadav (Sadhu) Thelari shall attend the concerned police station initially for 2 days between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called. She shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
