Leave to add complainant as party respondent. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for the petitioner.

As far as relief in terms of prayer clauses 'A', 'C' and 'D' are concerned, the same need not be considered in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court and upheld by the Apex Court in a case of Anant H. Ulhalkar Vs. Chief Election Commissioner reported in 2017(1) Mh.L.J. 431.

As far as prayer clause "B" is concerned, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 09th September, 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
