This civil application is filed for setting aside the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 13.4.2022 alongwith prayer for condonation of delay in filing the application. By a common order, the Registrar (Judicial) had granted two week'

s time for removing the office objections and on failure to remove the office objections, matters were supposed to be automatically dismissed.

The learned advocate for the applicant states that in this matter, notices have not been issued to the respondents. Therefore, he undertakes that he will remove all the office objections within a period of 4 weeks. In view of this, as a matter of last chance, four week' s time is granted for removing the office objections.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) [RAJESH S. PATIL] JUDGE.
