By the present Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of B.N.S., 2023, the Petitioners prayed for quash and set aside the impugned order dated 28.08.2024 passed below Exhibit-9 in Criminal Misc. Application No.142 of 2024 whereby the search warrant to produce the Petitioner No.5 Sahir Sameer Pathan aged about one year was issued.

During the pendency of present Petition, the Petitioners and the Respondent have filed joint pursis and settled the dispute. It is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for

(( 2 )) 941WP1601-24 identification. Therefore, the parties to the present Petition shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the joint compromise pursis. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of joint compromise pursis Exhibit "X". Both the parties shall appear before the Trial Court on the next date.
