PER COURT :-

1. We have carefully perused the documents placed on record, including seniority list. We are not prepared to accept submission of the Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is senior to respondent no.5. In the circumstances, the petition is rejected so far as prayer clauses B and C are concerned, However, we leave the remedy open, if available for the parties, to agitate the said issue.

2. So far as prayer clause D is concerned, we direct respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to take expeditious steps to process, sanction and disburse the salary bills, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six weeks from today.
