The withdrawal application has been strongly objected by the learned Advocate for the appellant - Insurance Company. The amount awarded is not so much in terms of the present economic scenario. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit along with interest accrued thereon.
