Learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that the orders which are impugned in the present petition were of remand of the matters to the Sub Divisional Officer. Pursuant to the orders of remand, the proceedings are decided on merits by the Sub Divisional Officer. 2.

In that view of the matter, the petitions have become infructuous and the same are disposed of accordingly.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the decisions, the petitioners may challenge the orders before the appropriate forum. 4.
