By way of this Civil Application, the original petitioner is seeking restoration of the writ petition, which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections with a prayer for condoning delay of 199 days in applying for restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application

*2* 34ca10184o24 coupled with the nature of dispute, the Civil Application is allowed, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to conditions that the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- in the registry and remove all office objections, both within two weeks.
