The applicant wants to place on record his appointment letter dated 13.03.2017. This appeal is arising out of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Omerga, District Osmanabad.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute and in the interest of justice, the production of additional evidence needs to be allowed, however, without prejudice to the rights and interest of respondent no.2 and the evidentiary value of the document in question.
