All the applications in these applications being the legal heirs of the legal representatives of deceased Madhavrao Musande are seeking permission to add themselves as party respondent, since only one legal representative of deceased Madhavrao i.e. Dilip Madhavrao Musande was brought on record during the course of land reference. All these applicants are claiming that they are also having shares in

the compensation amount.

On the contrary, the learned counsel for the respondent Dilip Madhavrao Musande submits that only Dilip is having share in the compensation since there was partition between himself and the other legal representatives of deceased Madhavrao. However, irrespective of allegations made by Dilip and other representatives against each other, the applicants can be added as party respondent in the present appeals for proper adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, all these applications are allowed and the Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly within the stipulated period.
