Learned APP has produced on record a communication dated 23/11/2025 issued by the SDPO, Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon, stating that the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2025 has been completed and the charge-sheet has been filed before the Special Judge, Jalgaon.

Since the charge-sheet has now been filed and the case is pending before the concerned Special Judge at Jalgaon, the present criminal writ petition seeking transfer of investigation has rendered itself infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
