Heard Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 15.05.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Revision Petition No.ROR/REV/334/2019, against which, the petitioner is having an alternate remedy of filing second revision before the State Government.

In view of the same, Mr. Bhavthankar seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file second revision before the State Government.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file second revision before the State Government within a period of eight weeks from today.

The time spent while prosecuting the present petition shall be taken into consideration by the State Government while considering the application for condonation of delay. 6.
