ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest as deposited by the Acquiring Body.

This Court, vide order dated 30.07.2021, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire amount of compensation in connected matter. In view of the same, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
