Applicant No.2 - Faiza is asking for withdrawal of the amount of her share, since she is going to marry in immediate future. A sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been deposited in her name. The challenge to the impugned award is on quantum only. Learned Advocate for the claimants would submit that the Tribunal has not awarded compensation on account of future prospects.

In the fitness of things, the applicant No.2 (Faiza d/o Siraj Deshmukh) is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The amount be paid forthwith.
