Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dharmabad, by an order dated 5th January, 2012, passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.9 of 2010 granted maintenance of Rs.500/- each to the daughters, which was confirmed in Criminal Revision No.4 of 2012 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli.

Looking to the quantum of maintenance and reasons furnished therefor, in my opinion, no interference is warranted. 4.

Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed.
