For the reasons stated in the first civil application, the delay of 947 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- which, by consent of the respondent, shall be deposited by the applicants in the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 31/01/2017. The LR's be brought on record in the writ petition forthwith and the civil application is accordingly allowed.
