Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 122 days condoned in filing first appeal. The insurance Company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the tribunal. Though the learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 6-original claimants has strong objection, however, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned.
