The Court was not inclined to grant relief. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, it is submitted that mother of applicant No.1 and mother-in-law of applicant no.2 is not keeping well and hence three weeks time be granted to the applicants to surrender before the Investigating Officer.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn.

The applicants are permitted to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 17th December, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. 5.
