Heard learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body and learned counsel for the original claimants as well as learned AGP for the State. 2.

It has been stated that the applicant Acquiring Body has already deposited the entire decretal amount in this Court and therefore, the stay granted by this court on 2nd November, 2012 be continued.

In view of the submissions, as the decretal amount has already been deposited, there is no impediment to grant stay. Accordingly, the execution and implement of the impugned award stands stayed till further orders.
