When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of respondent-original claimant.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that entire decreetal amount has already deposited by the appellant in the Court of Commissioner, hence, stay granted by this Court under order dated 21st July, 2016 be made absolute and civil application be disposed of. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, interim relief granted by this Court under order dated 21st July, 2016 is hereby made confirmed. Accordingly, civil application for stay stands disposed of. 4.
