This is an application filed for restoration of the appeal dismissed for non removal of the office objections with prayer for condonation of delay of 2323 days.

Learned advocate for the applicants pointed out that, the documents on record were not legible. However, the directions were not followed. He submits that, he will submit legible documents on record.

Considering the submission, the application stands allowed in the interest of justice subject to condition that, the legible Pooja Kale 1/2

908 CA 11136-2023 documents shall be submitted on record within one week. 4.

It is clarified that, if the documents are not provided within time, the application shall stands rejected, without further order. 5.

In view of the above, delay of 2323 days is condoned and the appeal is restored subject to compliance of the above directions. 6.

It is also clarified that, the claimants/applicants are not entitled for interest of the delayed period, in case the compensation amount is enhanced.

The application is disposed of.
