Mr.Thorat, learned counsel submits that petitioner has filed an application seeking rental compensation on 17.2.2016 (Exh.D). The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the same is pending, the authority would decide the same.

In case the application filed by the petitioner seeking rental compensation is pending with the authority (Exh.D) then the

competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within eight (8) months after hearing all parties concerned. The petitioner may appear before the competent authority on 21.3.2017. 5.
