The appellants - claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 665 days in filing First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the application on the ground that, the delay is inordinate. However, considering the statutory right of the appellants - claimants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees One Thousand only) to be paid Pooja Kale 1/2
912 CA 10206-2021 to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.

The application is disposed of.

It is made clear that, the appellants/claimants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay. 6.
Appeal be registered after deposit of cost and removal of office objections, if any.

Order be made part of First Appeal.
