Heard learned Advocate for Petitioner and learned AGP.

Petitioner by this Petition challenged the order dated 12.08.2024 whereby adjournment application came to be rejected by the learned District Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Nanded. The Petitioner wanted time to bring on record the experts report which he had already applied for by filing an application before the same authority. The said authority had passed an order on application that it shall be decided along with adjournment application.

Considering the nature of order challenged in the Petition, this Court find that Petition need not be entertained by exercising jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against such interlocutory order. Hence, Petition stands dismissed. 4.

Petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the order passed in main proceeding by way of taking proper recourse under the provisions of law. Needless to say that he is at liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Petition.
