Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection if the application is allowed for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. There is delay of 577 days caused in filing the civil application. However, considering the nature of suit that is for recovery of possession, in the interest of justice and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".
