By this petition, the petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'C' and 'D' as under : - "C) By appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents No.2 to 5 may kindly be directed to include the name of the petitioner in the final voter list published on 10-12-2020 for the village Panchayat Talai Tq. Erandol Dist.Jalgaon forthwith.

D) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the further process of election of the village panchayat Talai Tq. Erandol Dist. Jalgaon may kindly be stayed.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, respondent Nos.2, 3 and 6, and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Erandol Assembly Constituency voters list dated 25-09-2020 indicates her inclusion, her name has been deleted from the said list on the ground that her name is found at Serial No.648 in the electoral roll for the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. The document evidencing such intimation to the Electoral Registration Officer of Erandol-16 Assembly Constituency, Jalgaon Parliamentary Constituency, State of Maharashtra, is at Annexure 'C', typed copy being at page 16 A.

The provisional voters list for the Grampanchayat Talai elections was published on 01-12-2020 and objections were called for till 07-122020. The final voters list was declared on 14-12-2020. The petitioner raised an objection vide Form-6 with regard to the assembly constituency on 29-09-2020 and did not choose to raise an objection with regard to the finalization of the voters list for the village Grampanchayat elections. This petition has been filed to enable the enrollment of the petitioner in the village Grampanchayat voters list.
