This application is made with the following reliefs :- "A) That, applicant be permitted to correct and substitute the name of college from New Bells College to Blue Bells College, Nanded mentioned in the criminal application no. 2728/2024 and further order dated 01.08.2024 be corrected accordingly by replacing the name of New Bells College with Blue Bells College, Nanded and Oxford International School, Nanded be directed to hand over Transfer Certificate, original Marks Memo and CBSE Migration Certificate of Mast. Abhinav Durgaprasad Deshpande to Blue Bells College for confirming his admission in Blue Bells College, Nanded and enabling him to pursue his H.Sc. Course there."

This Court, vide order dated 01st August, 2024, has allowed Criminal Application No. 2728 of 2024. Name of the college was wrongly mentioned in the prayer clause of the said application, and therefore, the same has reflected in order also.
