All these appeals are placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellants - insurance company are present, respectively. The learned counsel for the respondents are also present. The respective learned counsel for the appellants submit that the appellants want to withdraw the appeals. 2.
In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeals, the respective learned counsel for the appellants placed on record the pursis. It is marked as 'X' for identifcation. In all the present
-3matters, pursis taken on record.

The appellants have accepted the award passed by the learned concerned M.A.C.T., passed in respective Motor Accident Claim Petitions.

In view of the withdrawal pursis, all the appeals stand disposed of, as withdrawn.
5.
The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court, be transferred to the concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued and on receiving the transferred amount, the concerned learned Member, M.A.C.T., shall determine the share of the minor and pay him the same, according to law.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
