The present civil application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- lying the office of this Court with accrued interest.

This Court, vide order dated 30th November 2012, had permitted the claimant to withdraw a sum of Rs.50,0000/- on furnishing a solvent Ethape

( 2 ) 64-CA-16232-2022 surety/security. However, the claimant could not furnish any solvent surety/security. The Court therefore permitted her to withdraw the amount without any condition.

Now, the difficulty expressed by the applicant/claimant is that now she has re-married and her name is changed from Smt. Bejam Bano w/o. Sabdder Shaikh to Begam Razzaque Shaikh and, therefore, she is found difficulties to withdraw the amount. She has produced on record a copy of Aadhar Card and Bank Passbook in support of her identity. 5.

Considering above, the office of this Court is directed to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- alongwith accrued interest by confirming the identity of the applicant as given in this application.
