1) After hearing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, resiles to a situation whereunder a direction can be issued to the trial court to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.

2) The suit is pending since 2011. In the circumstances, writ petition is not being entertained on merits and is disposed of.

3) The Trial Court to go on with the suit

expeditiously and dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a writ of this order.
