Learned A.G.Ps. accept notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3.

Mr.Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the proposal is submitted for grant of 8th division and 2nd division of 6th and 7th standard in W.P.No.1081/2017 and grant of 5th to 8th standard in W.P.No.1558/2017. The said proposals are recommended by the Education Officer to the Director of Education. The Director of Education has to forward the same to the Respondent No.1. No decision is taken inspite of the fact that

the said proposals are pending from the year 2013 and 2015. 4.

We have heard learned A.G.Ps.

Considering the fact that the proposals are pending consideration, we direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to take appropriate decision upon the same by observance of due procedure, expeditiously and preferably by end of May 2017, if not already decided.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of with aforesaid observations. No costs.
