This is an application filed by the claimants for permitting them to replace Bank Guarantee by solvent surety/security. 2.

Learned advocate for respondent no. 2 - Acquiring Body has vehemently opposed the application stating that huge amount is awarded to the claimants and in case the appeal is allowed in favour of the Acquiring Body, it would be difficult to recover the amount. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Applicants are permitted to furnish solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
