We have heard the learned Counsel for the respective sides and perused the application.

For the reasons set out therein and since the writ petition is at preadmission stage, the Civil Application is allowed. 3.

The amendment in the writ petition shall be carried out on or before 9.12.2021. Copy of the amended petition shall be placed on record on or before 10.12.2021 and the said copy shall be supplied to the other sides. 4.

Since the non-applicants-respondents are aware of the amendment, affidavit-in-reply shall be entered on or before 15.12.2021.
