This matter was taken on the production board in view of the grave urgency expressed by the learned AGP on behalf of the applicant -State.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

Pursuant to the order dated 22/07/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1496/2019, the learned Advocates concede that the oral submissions which were to be concluded

p1-ca-10214-19 in wp.odt on 03/08/2019 before the Honourable Minister, were actually concluded on 19/08/2019. The learned AGP, therefore, submits that the time to deliver an order may be extended accordingly.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed by consent. The time to deliver the order by the Honourable Minister is extended up to 06/09/2019, on which date, the Honourable Minister would pronounce the order at 12.00 noon and copies of the order would be kept ready to be supplied to the parties.

Needless to state, the modified order of this Court dated 01/02/2019 would continue till 06/09/2019.
