1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondent-State. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are poor farmers. Their lands are acquired by respondent no.1. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount. Remaining amount is kept in Fixed Deposit. The applicants have shifted to Sangamner as no land is remained with them. They are doing labour work. They need amount for their day to day expenses, hence, requested to allow the present application.

3] The learned AGP for the respondent-State submits that already the applicants are permitted to

13917.22CA withdraw 50% amount, hence, requested to dismiss the application.

4] I have heard both learned counsel. The applicants' land is acquired. Earlier the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount but they need amount for daily expenses. They are doing labour work. They have shifted from their village to Sangamner City, hence, amount is required. Hence, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon, out of award amount, on furnishing solvent security.
