PER COURT :- It is noticed that, the application tendered by the petitioner to the Indian Nursing Council is beyond the prescribed period. As per the reply by the Indian Nursing Council, the proposal for new nursing course shall have to be presented before 18.12.2015. The petitioner, however has tendered the application in the month of June, 2016. It has been communicated to the petitioner to tender appropriate application along with necessary documents during August, 2016. A communication to that effect has already been transmitted to the petitioner on 15.6.2016.

In this view of the matter, the direction as requested by the petitioner need not be issued. Keeping option of the petitioner open to apply for next academic year along with necessary documents and proposal, writ petition is disposed of.
